If your order has already been shipped, or if its status is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
How do i make a return?
All users can submit the return request, specifying the reason for the return, within 14 days of the order delivery date. It will be necessary to fill in the return form inside the package or by downloading it from the website.
The package must be sent at your expense to the address: Società Agricola Le Palaie S.S. – Via di Montefioralle, 1G 50022 – Greve In Chianti (FI) – email info@lepalaiechianti.it.
When will i get my refund?
Upon arrival of the goods at our warehouse, the items will be subjected to a quality control to verify that the return complies with the General Sales Conditions. If the return is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be made with the same payment methods used by the customer for the initial transaction.
I have received an item other than the one ordered, what should I do?
In the event that the product received does not correspond to the one ordered, or has some defects, the Company will assume responsibility for the return.
Contact our Customer Service info@lepalaiechianti.it who will organize the collection of the package by the courier, at no additional cost to you.
You will be sent a new invoice which you will need to print and attach to the package.
Can I exchange a product?
It is not possible to replace an article. It will be necessary to return the item and proceed with any other purchase.
