How do i make a return?<\/h3>

All users can submit the return request, specifying the reason for the return, within 14 days of the order delivery date. It will be necessary to fill in the return form inside the package or by downloading it from the website.<\/p>

When will i get my refund?<\/h3>

Upon arrival of the goods at our warehouse, the items will be subjected to a quality control to verify that the return complies with the General Sales Conditions. I have received an item other than the one ordered, what should I do?<\/h3>
